Birthday, Pigs and More!

 We headed out to Gunner's birthday party today.  It was a hot one but the kids had fun!

I stumbled across an article that shared all kinds of great hidden gems in Kansas City.  Pigwich, which is attached to the Local Pig (meat shop) was listed as one of the best lunch spots in KC.  They said they have the best burgers around.  I told Mark we need to start uncovering all of the things the city has to offer and find some new places to explore.  We were not so impressed with Pigwich BUT still happy we tried something new and got out and saw some things the city has to offer

There were too many people standing in front of this place while we were there (they must've been duped by the same article!) So, I snatched this pic from the website that listed the top lunch places.  I really have heard some good feedback about this place besides from that website so maybe it was just an "off" day for them!

You can live in KC for many, many years and still not see everything.  Apparently, this is a logo for either a trucking company or a fuel company ... either way, thought it was interesting and had to snap a pic.

Karlee said her barbie was getting her hair done. We had to leave her like this so she could look beautiful

Korinne loves her new big girl bed!  She is getting way too big, way too fast!
