Football, Birthday and More

Football - another great week.  He is improving each week!
 Birthday Preparations
I made Korinne a rainbow cake for her birthday.  It didn't turn out exactly like I planned .... maybe I should have read the directions!!!  It still turned out better than expected.

I was going to attempt to make edible ice cream bowls.  One down and decided to go for the pretzels sticks instead!

We had a photo booth with props.

She got her first gift in the mail on Thursday from Ron and Nancy.  She couldn't wait to open it!
Karlee was going to wait until tomorrow (Monday/ Korinne's bday) to give her the gift she got her but she just couldn't wait.  We took family pics in the morning and she talked about the present the whole time and gave her the drawings as soon as we got home and couldn't even wait for the party to give her the gift. It was a teal bird with light blue, pink and purple on the wings (Korinne's favorite colors).  It repeats everything you say and this was perfect for Korinne because she loves being a copy cat.
 Birthday Time!!

Photo Booth

Landon, Connor, Karlee, Gavin and Kohen

The pic on the far left is all three of them playing with one of Korinne's presents (the Barbie zoo doctor).  Kohen had patients lined up all the way down the counter to get a checkup. The others are more pics from the party.  We had Mark's family and my family over to celebrate.

I took Korinne out VERY quickly one evening (we were losing sunlight rapidly).  We didn't really get great quality pics but these are a few that didn't turn out too bad.

Kohen and Sam patrolling the neighborhood

We always pass by a couple horses on our way to church that the kids have named Penny and Scout.  While we were checking out Penny and Scout this morning we noticed two baby deer hanging out with them. Of course we stopped in the middle of the road to take a picture - ha!
