Popcorn in the Park, LoziLu and Memo Yoga

Ready to go to "Meet the Teacher" at Small Saints.  School will finally start for the girls on Wednesday!
Popcorn in the Park - Karlee and I met her friend, Anna, and Anna's family at Bennett Park last night to watch 'The Nut Job'.  The girls had a great time and ate WAY too much candy! I think we brought 4 or 5 different kinds because she just couldn't decide!  They had free popcorn & water and free admission and before the movie started they made a big point of telling us that this is what our tax dollars go toward.  Guess we should've eaten more of that free popcorn and drank more water!
I ran in a 5k mud run this morning with my sister-in-law, Kim, and some of her friends. It was a VERY hot day but was a great time!  I don't have any after shots of the group yet.  Mark and the kids came and were going to get some shots of the obstacle courses but they didn't ever find me.  He finally found me about 5 minutes after I finished.  As a side note, I only included the "selfie" at the bottom to show the "game face".  That was sent to Kim before the race to make sure it looked right but since I had sunglasses on in all of my "before" shots I thought I would add it so you could get the full effect!  LoziLu will be posting pics that they took soon so I am hoping they got a few shots of the course since Mark couldn't find me.  At the very least, they took some shots of our group before and after on their "red carpet". So, more to come on LoziLu!
Same pose, different day.  But I just find it so cute!
Same game, different day .... makes me laugh every time!  This time especially because she picked the drapes that don't go down to floor level.
This is a new favorite game at the Gibbs house.  It is Memo Yoga.  It is very similar to Memory but when you find matches you have to hold the yoga pose for 10 seconds. Kohen and Korinne had a blast doing the poses.  Karlee was at Grammie and Pa's having a fun night/sleepover but I am sure she will enjoy the game just as much as they did.
More Memo Yoga
School Projects are hard work.  Sometimes you just have to call on your favorite superhero to get the job done.  In this case, it was Iron Man.  He had to put together a scrapbook page of things that he likes and tell about him and his life.
