I've got A LOT of catching up to do!

Air Show

We took the kids down by the river front to watch the air show.  It was pretty cool to watch the planes!

MORE SWIMMING

Karlee worked and worked on perfecting her back dive.  She got pretty good.  Let's hope she can keep up her skills until next summer!

Some friends and I ran the Wipeout 5K a couple weeks ago.  We had a really good time!
Amy, Stacey and I taking pics by the "big balls"

Obviously, I didn't purchase the pics Wipeout posted .... so, sorry for the watermarks.  You get the idea!

Kansas City Zoo
Korinne and I went to the Kansas City Zoo several weeks ago.  She really had a good time and especially loved the polar bear!

Royals Game - Zombie Night
Mom, dad, Ben, Mark and I headed out to Zombie Night at the K.  There were not an overwhelming amount of zombies.  There was one really good one that looked like a baseball player but we didn't get a picture with him.

We went up to Omaha for my cousin's engagement party and hit up the zoo on the way back home.
Someone got tired and I had to give him a piggy back ride through the second 1/2 of the zoo.

Mark's 20 Year High School Reunion
Apparently, they couldn't locate Mark in the senior yearbook.  So, this is his junior picture above.
We went to Mark's 20 year high school reunion this weekend.  It was at the Belvoir Winery. We had a lot of fun!
I tried to place the old high school photo near the recent pic, for reference.
Fell asleep together, Korinne clutching her granola bar!

The kindergartners have color week for 2 weeks the 2nd and 3rd week of school.  Here are all of Karlee's colors.

Frozen on Ice
Grammie, Korinne and I went to Frozen on Ice.  We were frozen, literally.  We were in the front row and definitely needed winter clothes!   She had a great time but got a little scared during some parts where they used the pyrotechnics.

Korinne loves to walk on the treadmill and even tries to run at times.  She actually stays on for quite a while.  She also likes to go for runs in the jogging stroller.  We had a flat tire one morning and she was helping fix it.

Meet the Teacher at Small Saints

Penguin Park

The Minion movie!

She is a CRAZY girl!

Karlee lost her first tooth on the 22nd of August.  She told me one morning that it felt like she had something stuck behind her tooth.  Sure enough, it was her permanent tooth behind her baby tooth.  She lost that one after letting it pretty much fall out on it's own ... it was so loose it was laying sideways.  She lost it at the Minion movie and she didn't even know it until we got home.  She lost her second tooth not too long after that.

Kohen's new lego table.  He has so many legos and we were getting tired of finding places for them.  We built him a lego table and he loves it.

ICE CREAM!

Karlee's letter to the tooth fairy

Korinne loves to talk to and pose with the mannequins in all stores. She really liked holding hands with each one she saw at Dick's.

My cooking helpers

Korinne and I went out to the Grinter Farms sunflower farm.  They were beautiful!

Korinne's first day of school. She was SO excited to go back to school!
